Sheena Kaur founded Xitax Accounting Solutions in 2015 to give owner-managed businesses clear, proactive support with tax and compliance. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, she brings over 18 years of experience across both industry and practice, and is especially known for supporting clients in the pharmacy, medical, agricultural, and property sectors.

Raised on a working farm and inspired by a grandfather who served in the British Army during World War II, Sheena learned the values of resilience, service, and community early in life. At just nineteen, she was entrusted with setting up and running a private primary school—an experience that continues to shape her hands-on, solutions-focused approach to business.

Today, she leads a cloud-based practice that frees clients from regulatory burdens and supports their growth at every stage. She also regularly speaks on panels focused on financial literacy and economic empowerment.

Beyond her professional work, Sheena founded Tera: The Kindness Project, a micro-charity inspired by the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. The project delivers essentials such as food, clothing, and school supplies directly to those facing hardship—without red tape or middlemen.

Outside work, Sheena enjoys countryside walks, regular gym sessions, kayaking on the River Soar, and sharing good food with family and friends.

Tracey Cropper
Senior Accountant

Tracy Cropper joined the practice in 2024 and brings over 28 years of experience in accountancy. She has a strong background in the farming industry and works with a wide range of businesses, from small enterprises to larger organisations. Tracy is known for her hands-on approach and clear, practical advice.

In her spare time, she enjoys the countryside, dining out, and relaxing with a glass of wine.

Snehal Wagh
Book Keeper

Snehal Wagh joined Xitax Accounting Solutions in 2023 and plays a key role in managing the firm’s bookkeeping and management accounts function. With a methodical and detail-oriented approach, she ensures that financial records are accurate, up to date, and compliant—providing the foundation for informed decision-making.

Snehal works closely with clients across a range of sectors, helping to maintain day-to-day financial control and supporting the smooth preparation of accounts and VAT returns. She is known for her reliability, organisation, and calm under pressure.
